Brian served in the Marines from 1992 to 2003 as a CH-53 and V-22 Avionics Technician, achieving the grade of Staff Sergeant. Duty Stations included MCAS Tustin, MCAS Kaneohe Bay, MCAS Quantico, NAS Patuxent River, and MCAS New River.
At these locations he served with HMX-1 Multi Operational Test Team for Developmental and Operational Testing of the V-22 Osprey EMD to LRIP Fleet transition. He is also a "Plank Owner" for VMMT-204 and VMX-22. Upon exiting the Marines, Brian worked for the Boeing Company as the V-22 Site Activation, Transition, and Ship Integration Lead, Navy V-22, Foreign Military Sales Capture Team Lead and Bell-Boeing Program Office Modification Program Manager.
Transitioning from Boeing he rejoined the Government with the V-22 Fleet Support Team for Production to Sustainment Transition and Modernization of Capability. This entailed serving a two year rotation at PMA-275 as the MV-22 Inventory Management and V-22 Fleet Optimization Retrofit Capability Enablers Program Manager.
In November 2024, upon completion of the PMA assignment, he completed a lateral transition to Department of the Army Developmental Command working in the S3I Division. His current assignment is Government Program Lead for Software, Simulation, Systems Engineering and Integration Directorate to develop and deliver responsive aviation and missile total lifecycle support, prototype, and sustainment for readiness and ensuring the transformation of capability to the Warfighter for the Department of Defense.
Brian holds a Bachelor’s in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and Master of Business Administration - Acquisition with a concentration in government contracts,
Brian is married to Dr. Michelle Lynch, MD, CDR (FMF/FS/SW), Medical Corps, USN (Ret) and they have a daughter, Natalie.
